Shipping & Returns

Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

We offer free US domestic shipping on orders $250 + 

Seasons ships within the USA via USPS or UPS. Most packages arrive in 1-2 business days on the east coast, 2-3 business days mid west, and 3-4 business days west coast. We also ship overnight, options are available at checkout.

Seasons ships international orders via USPS or UPS. Most packages arrive within 10 days but there can be customs delays. There are express options available at checkout. You are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. If a package is refused for non payment of fees and returned to us, you are liable for return shipping costs and any duties incurred. Seasons is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.

Once a package is shipped with our designated mail carrier (UPS or USPS) we have little control over what happens to it. Seasons is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. Please reach out to us if you did not receive your order as we will do our best to help you find it or process a claim.

Seasons will accept returns mailed within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or a refund. Merchandise must be unworn and the same condition as received with tags still attached and all original packaging. Please contact us at seasonscatskills@gmail.com for a return authorization and where to send your package prior to sending any items back. Unauthorized returns, returns outside of our return window will be refused. We suggest using a service that includes tracking and insurance to mail your package as Seasons is not liable for lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been received and inspected you will receive your refund within 3 business days.
